Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Our experience with the meeting of Vanessa & Joe was and continues to be Amazing!! So very thankful for finding our beautiful car here. We get compliments everyday on it. We met a wonderful family & dealership. Our expectations surpassed anything we could have imagined. We were given the very BEST help, & have to say not only were our needs pin pointed, but they all were met, as well as surpassed our expectations. Everyone who comes here will be just like us- Beyond Happy!! We are so very excited to have found genuine, honest, helpful folks!! This isn’t just a dealership, but are considered friends, who have proven they are there to help. I brought my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan here because my instrument panel wasn't working we found out that the battery connection wasnt good and they took the time out of their day to fix it. They have excellent service and they are very kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has car trouble, or wants to buy a car. Very good!

This place is great and the family/owners are very friendly nice people. I bought a Toyota 4Runner there and the same day the check engine light came on. I brought it to them and they put it on the computer and found the issue and repaired it at my next convenience. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars to these guys!!!

Very clean dealership! Clean selection of inventory, even the prices are very fair! Me and my family have searched a lot of dealerships and I must say west haven auto sales should have been our first stop. There was no pressure to buy and it's a family owned and operated company which is a huge plus in my book...before buying anywhere else, CHECK THEM OUT!

Easy,pleasant, and love my new truck!! Last month I bought a 2003 Ranger from West Haven auto sales. I have bought many cars in my life, but the family that owns this business was so pleasant to work with and made my process so easy. My truck is reliable and I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Thank goodness for their large inventory of quality cars bc when the bad weather hits you need to rely on a good truck! Thank you west haven auto sales for being professional and standing behind your cars!

I buy all my vehicles from this place family owned operated it may be a small shop but they put more heart into what they are selling vs the bigger guys . They always take care of me and make sure I'm happy and will do the same for you .

About a year ago I purchased an Acura from WHAS. The whole experience was fantastic. Vanessa was very helpful and took her time to show me a couple of cars. Never rushed me or made me feel like I was bothering her. A check engine light came on a day or two later, Joe quickly fixed it at no cost, even though the car was sold as is. The car has about 10,000 more trouble free miles on it. It is clean and everything works. I will need to replace another car of mine and have been watching their website daily for new arrivals. I will most definitely be buying my next car from these guys. Thank you WHAS for being so awesome! ADN

It was so nice dealing with what I believe to be an honest, respectable used car dealership. It was the best experience buying a used car I've had. Joe priced the truck that I wanted at a fair price. I was honest with him and he treated me like a long time client - which I wasn't then but I will be in the future. Don't buy anything until you check with Joe and his father first! They'll treat you the way you treat them - try it, you'll like it.

My friend bought a Jeep from here a few weeks ago. The sales process was a breeze, but they really shine AFTER the sale. She had a minor issue with a check engine light, and they worked with us until the problem was resolved. Great car, great price, GREAT SERVICE. Great family run business…Joe took excellent care of me and made the process of buying a car there easy. He definitely went above and beyond for me….one thing ppl do have to take note is this is a used car dealership and repair shop…many ppl seem to think you can buy a 5 or even 10 year old car here and it will run and last like a brand new car…no older car will be perfect and no one should expect a used car to be like a new car…but if you want a good reliable used car Joe definitely has them. Like all used cars and cars in general they all will break and have to be fixed one day.

My husband and I have been in search for a specific vehicle and one came up for sale through this small family owned dealer and they were absolutely the most pleasant people to deal with. They list cars for a fair and decent price and aren’t out to get you for all you’re worth. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car :)

It's been about a year or two since my husband and I had purchased a buick lacrosse from West Haven Auto Sales but we find ourselves looking at their inventory this evening in hopes of finding a fit family vehicle from this lovely family after being very dissatisfied from a vehicle purchased from another dealership, but I feel the need to say just how disheartening it is to see all these negative reviews from other customers. I understand that everyone's experience is different but Joe and his family, we found, to be so kind and honest and understanding. I had nothing less than a pleasant experience over here, and they sold us a very reliable vehicle which is all we could ask for, and at a phenomenal price as well given today's economy. Anyways, I am not a fan of the car I am in now and I'm hoping to see and do business again with y'all soon!! I'm sure y'all will be a breath of fresh air after the last couple of dealerships I've inquired at!!
